At Skigg Wears, customer satisfaction is our top priority!

We offer replacements only in the following cases:

  • If you received a defective or damaged product.

  • If you received the wrong product (different size/design than ordered).

Important Notes:

  • Returns and refunds are not available for wrong size orders, color change requests, or change of mind.

  • No exchanges for color variations.

How to Request a Replacement:

Submit a Return Request link to your Return Request form page within 5 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

Order Number

Clear photos showing the issue (damage, defect, or wrong item)

  1. After reviewing your request, we will arrange a free replacement if eligible.

🛑 Used, washed, or worn products are not eligible for replacements.
